In the main building (Villa Montemerlo) is the restaurant oft he Hotel, which is running by our kitchenchef “Elba Doc” Dario and Simon. Our menu offers home cooking with many traditional dishes from the island of Elba and Tuscany alternating with typical flavors of Italian and international cuisine.
A SNACK IN THE GARDEN: during the sunny seasons, in addition to the usual restaurant service, we offer a special lunch menu with a choice of salads and panini, served on a tray to be enjoyed al fresco in the luxuriant garden.
